Andreas Gräfe studierte, neben seiner Arbeit als Softwarearchitekt, Informatik an der FernUniversität in Hagen und schloss sein Studium 2013 ab. Im Jahre 2015 übernahm er als Teamleiter und Projektleiter die Verantwortung für Kundenprojekte bei der Comparex AG in Leipzig. Mit der Übernahme der SoftwareONE AG wechselte er in den internen IT-Bereich und entwickelte mit seinen Teams Lösungen zur Prozessautomatisierung und Unternehmensdigitalisierung in einem reinen Cloudumfeld. Seit 2021 baut er die Advisory-Unit auf, welche sich auf die Beratung, Evaluierung und Erstellung von komplexen Cloud-Services spezialisiert hat.

Despite the rapid progress in the private and business world, there are areas that cannot be at the forefront because of the long planning and implementation times. But also here, it is necessary to move to the next generation of digitalisation - not just digitalisation as such, but the extensive networking of automation, sensor technology, data management and artificial intelligence, all in combination as the basis of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0.
